Before going to Karaoke at Kinuyama, we made a reservation for the first time in 12 years and went there together at night. It was my partner's first time. First, we both toasted with oolong tea. I ordered a large serving of rice and my partner ordered a medium serving of rice. We also got cabbage as an appetizer. The yakiniku sauce here has a fruity sweetness. It was a kimchi platter of Chinese Yakiniku (Grilled meat) kimchi, radish kimchi, and cucumber kimchi. It had a nice spicy kick. My partner also liked it. One serving of top-grade tongue, thick but soft. We tasted it with lemon juice. My partner also liked it. One serving of kone kalbi, which I saw on TV before and which seems to be a Hiroshima specialty. It is a rare cut that can only be taken in small amounts from the side of the cow's front leg around the breast, which is almost impossible to eat outside of Hiroshima. It had a light taste. One serving of premium belly, very soft and melting in the mouth. My partner also liked it. One serving of premium loin, melting in the mouth, irresistible. My partner also liked it. The meal consisted of a single serving of vegetable platter, including pumpkin, bell pepper, eggplant, onion, and carrot. For dessert, I had lemon sorbet and my partner had melon sorbet. The light sorbet was served in a fruit skin container. The lemon sorbet was delicious, with a nice sour lemon flavor. I had a bite of the melon sorbet, and the flavor and sweetness of the melon was great. My partner was also pleased. The bill for two people was 10,370 yen. We were given plum gum and candy as complimentary gifts on the way out. Next time, I'd like to try the hot stone bibimbap.
