Dinner with a couple of friends who have been kind to me. This was my first visit to a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant recommended by my eldest daughter and her husband. My friend can't drink alcohol at all, so I was grateful to have a driver. There were some unusual cuts here! Is it cut a little thick overall? It was filling. The cucumber that came with the kimchi platter was cut and roughly chopped kimchi was sandwiched between the cucumbers. It had a crunchy texture and was delicious. The wakame seaweed soup was mysteriously delicious. It had an authentic Japanese-style flavor, like a stock made from sea bream bones. My friend also said it was mysteriously delicious.
