初訪問。
ランチはいつも混雑している手打蕎麦まろさん。
この日は夜の時間に訪問し、待ち時間なしで着席。
夜の時間は狙い目です。
注文は天せいろと揚げ出し豆腐。
特に印象的だったのは、せいろ蕎麦のコシの強さ。
やや太めに揃えられた蕎麦は、瞬間的にこれまで食べた蕎麦のどれよりもコシが強いと感じただけでなく、蕎麦の風味が口の中に広がりました。
細打の蕎麦好きの方も多いので、もしかしたら賛否が分かれるかもしれませんが、個人的にはとても美味しくいただきました。
これからも松山で蕎麦をいただく際には、利用させていただきたいと思います。
