現存12天守の一つ松山城がある松山市内に店を構える「手打蕎麦まろ」さんに伺いました。
食べログ そば WEST 百名店 2024 選出店です。おめでとうございます。
アクセスは、伊予鉄城南線 大街道駅より歩いて1分程です。
大通りに面して建つビルとビルの間にあるアーケード大街道の中の「久保豊ビル」1階です。
紫色ののれんをくぐり店内にお邪魔します。
木の温もりを感じる温かい空間です。
本日味わったメニューです。
○せいろ
エッジが立ち香りがあり、のど越しの良い蕎麦です。
そばは、少し硬めでコシがあります。
つゆは少なめでしたが、蕎麦に付けていただくと風味を感じられます。
蕎麦好きが通う名店と聞きました。
店内は、常連さん達でほぼ満席でした。
