仕事仲間の中にアヒージョが大好きと言う人がいて、それならばバソデオロしかない！と思い、連れていきました
前から私はバソデオロのアヒージョが大好きなのです
ガーリックが効いたアヒージョらしくないアヒージョなのです
病みつきになりますよ
一緒に行った人も病みつきになってました
スペイン産生ハム
このイベリコ豚を長年燻製させたものを削っていくそうなのです
こんなに深みがあって、こんなにイヤミのない味は珍しいです
豚肩ロースのローストじゃなかったかと思うんですけど
なんせ柔らかくて味付けもちょうどいい感じ

世間の思うシーフードサラダとは全く違います
断然美味しい

メニューでは分かりにくいので、時々想像と全く違うものも出てきます
