一心〜
老舗の焼肉屋で、歴史があって、昔は有煙のムンムンの店だったと思います。
建物もきれいになり、運営もかわって、何回か行ってあまり好みではないと思っていました。
今回、久々に訪問しました。
イメージとは、違い、肉質もよく、タレは昔ながらの甘めがきいた旨味たっぷりで美味しかったです。
塩ハラミやタン塩を注文しました。
塩ダレが美味い〜
塩やコショウをふりかけているタイプではなく〜
しっかりした塩のモミだれにつかっていて、上質のハラミ肉には最高にマッチして美味しかったです。
