愛媛出張の帰りに搭乗まで時間があったので空港内のお寿司屋さんへ
媛スマという養殖の脂がのった鰹が愛媛では今はイチオシしてるらしい。
愛媛は瀬戸内の小魚が美味しい。この時期は太刀魚や鯵 鯖などもとても美味しい。
空港内ではありますが、魚は美味しい。握りかたは少し雑かな。。。
赤だしは忘れてたみたいで出てこなかったのが残念。
少し割高ではありました。。
