郷土料理の松山鮨が食べられる |
松山空港内2Fにあるお店「すし処」。
2月上旬の愛媛滞在時の飛行機搭乗前に利用しました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席が全19席の広さ。私は2人掛けテーブル席へと着座しました。
この日は
「媛 しらす丼」(2500円)
※赤出汁付
を注文しました。
さほど待つことなく着丼です。
「姫 しらす丼」はご飯の上にしらすが敷き詰められ、その上に鯛とスマガツオの切り身、
玉子焼き、キュウリ、ガリが乗った海鮮丼です。
鯛の甘み、スマのとろけるような食感がたまらない美味しい海鮮丼でした。
