お煎餅に続いては、蒲鉾です(^-^)
それにしても、坊ちゃんの湯は、大人気ですね。
お昼から行列が出来ています。
お風呂で行列は初めて見ました（＞ｗ＜ ）
さて、愛媛県といえば、じゃこ天。
そのお店がここに有りました。
じゃこ天も当然有りますが、タチマキなるものが。。。。。
じゃこ天よりも、食べてる人が多いのでは。
そして、じゃこカツなるものが。
このお店のじゃこ天が、何かの大会で優勝したそうで。
なので、タチマキとじゃこカツを頂きました(^-^)
先ずは、タチマキから。
太刀魚を竹の筒に丸めて焼いたもの。
蒲焼きに似たタレで、食べやすいですね。
味は、それほど悪くはないですが、もう少し安くてもいいのでは(^^;
続いて、じゃこカツ。
一口目から、こいつは旨い！！
サックとした表面。
中はすり身の揚げ物ですが、魚の旨味がタップリで旨い。
味付けもいい塩梅で、ソースや醤油は不要。
いくらでも食べれそうで、ご飯やビールにも持ってこい(^O^)
じゃこ天、こいつは旨いです(o^～^o)
