伝統が途切れそうになっていたところ、復活させたこの味。ソースでも中華風でもなく、、ほんと特別感が…
かつお節はそんなに珍しくないけと、最後に【ちりめんじゃこ】が乗っかってきます。これが、クセになりファンが多い理由だと思います。
麺もモチモチと言うか⁉︎ ふわふわとした感じもある、少し珍しい麺でした。私としては、飲んだ後に食べたい感じです。さあっと食べれちゃいます…笑
