2007（平成19）年創業の「かめそば じゅん」さん。
松山を代表とする「かめそば」が食べられるお店です。
「かめそば」とは、惜しくも閉店された名店「かめ」の
焼きそば、通称「かめそば」のこと。
市内でインスパイア系のお店が何軒かあるそうですが、
同店は「かめ」の元オーナー直伝、唯一のお墨付きで
本物の「かめそば」がいただけます。
17時オープン直後にお伺いし、以下のメニューを注文。
・かめそば
・おでん（牛すじ、ちくわ、玉子）
・瓶ビール
かめそばですが、何とも不思議な食感と味。
2種類の麺が入っているようで、パリッとした硬い麺と
普通の固さの麺が絡んで、面白い食感。
味は醤油になるんでしょうか？
具材は鰹節とちりめんじゃこだけなのに、なぜこんなに
旨いんだろう？いや、こんな焼きそば初めてです。
炒め方が良いのか、味が良いのか、具材が旨いのか？
そんなことを考えるのも面倒になるほど、旨くて
クセになります！
おでんもしっかり美味しく、皿の脇にちょんと乗ってる
辛子がまた旨いんだよなぁ。これまた不思議。
このあと、別の用事があったので、ここで終了ですが
何の用事もなければ他のメニューを爆食いしていた
ことでしょう。
ともあれ、同店の「かめそば」は一度食べてみてほしい
一品です。本当に美味しくてクセになる味です。
あぁ、レビューを書いてたらまた食べたくなってきた。
