半分にはネギ
半分には削り節がかかってる
豆腐に味が滲みて
とても美味しい
名物かめそばは
麺が短く
ソースが滲みた黒い麺と
白いままの麺とが混ざって
上には削り節とちりめんじゃこ
1番ビックリしたのは
食べ終わったお皿が真っ白
焼きそばのソースが皿に残らない
このあたりが味の秘密なのかも
