I went to Kamesoba Jun in Matsuyama City around 8pm on a weekday. The counter seats were full, but there was a table seat in the back that was available, so I sat there (^ ^) This restaurant seems to be a mix of locals and tourists. It seems to be a restaurant that recreates Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) from a restaurant called "Kame" that was popular during the Showa era. It seems to have been taught directly by the owner of that restaurant (* ॑꒳ ॑*) So I ordered ( ´ ꒳ ` )ノ ◎ Kamesoba 2 ◎ Oden tofu 1 ◎ Draft beer They brought the oden tofu quite quickly, but they cut the tofu in half and divided it into two plates. Thank you (*^^*) The bonito flakes are great. It goes well with beer. Now comes the Kamesoba (*^^*) There is plenty of bonito flakes and dried small sardines on top of Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). It smells good (*ˊ˘ˋ*) The noodles are short, about 30mm? They are firm and have a chewy texture. I wonder if the flavor is sauce? It's quite thin. The main flavor is the topping (bonito flakes) (*^o^*) It reminds me of the good old days (*^^*) Thank you for the meal (^人^) The flavor itself is delicious. I don't think you'll find it anywhere else (^ ^) It might be worth trying once.
