以前はブログからコピペで食べログに転記投稿してたんだけど、しんどくなってブログは中止してまして。
そのブログを止める何年も前に気紛れで投稿していたインスタにいいねをしてくれていた松山のカフェがありまして。
それがこちら風味花伝さん。
調べてみたらマクロビオティックな食事を提供することで結構当時から松山では注目されてたカフェであることがわかりました。
で、ずっと行きたかったんだけどなかなか行く機会がなくて、今回家内に説明したら行ってみたい(半年毎には話してたんだけど…)とようやく同意が出て行ってみました。
位置的には千舟町通りと中の川通りの中間、消防署の北側裏手にある、という感じ。
街中ではあるけど割と静かなエリアです。
先客に二組、当然ながら野郎がいるはずもなく、女性同士でゆっくり食事とおしゃべりを楽しみたいという感じのお店ですね。
まだまだ食欲旺盛な若い彼氏を彼女が連れていく、という感じでもないです。
私は季節の定食で内子豚のしょうが焼き、家内はせいろ蒸しで同じく内子豚をメインにしていました。
まあ、カフェによくある感じで提供はそう早くは無いです。
で、到着したお膳。
なかなか彩り豊かで手が込んでる感じするし、小鉢に小皿、ミニグラスのジュースもあって、おおこれなら見た目から健康的だし普通に毎日でも食べに来たいなと思います。
ご飯は雑穀米で、家庭と比べるのも申し訳ないですが配合や炊き具合が良くてとっても美味しい！
ひじきや大根と里芋の煮物もちょうどよい味付け。
そしてメインの内子豚のしょうが焼きもやき加減が絶妙で野菜との相性も抜群です。
こりゃ箸が止まらん(笑)
マクロビオティックの基本である食材の陰陽もよく考えられててほんとバランスの良いメニューです。
正直、ヴィーガンやベジタリアンは無理だけど、これは良いな。
平日職場から歩いて行ける距離にあれば良いのに。
でも、野郎独りでは、ちょっと来にくい。
また家内誘って行こうと思います。
