焼き鳥が食べたいと飲みに出たある金曜日のこと。
連れ合いの行き着けのお店が満席( ノД`)…
予約しなくてもいつもは入れるのに、等と宣ってましたが、やはり金曜日ですからね(´･ω･`; )
というわけで、行ったことの無いお店に行ってみようと検討した結果、私が以前から気になっていたお店に来てみました。
三番町通りと八坂通りの交差点から更に東へ少し歩いたところにある、瀬戸鳥です。
最初は生ビール
付きだしは三種。
どんな店でもそうですが、こうしたアミューズに手を抜かないお店は間違いなく良い店ですよね。
最初に到着したのはせんざんき。
鶏の唐揚げのこの呼び名は愛媛ぐらいですかね。
お店によって千差万別なこの料理は、私の中では鳥料理の店ではマストアイテム。
居酒屋なら頼みません。
しっかり味付けのされた肉の原型がある程度分かるせんざんきは大概外れが無く、これも例に漏れず美味しゅうございました。
特製冷奴はクリームチーズを配した変わり種ですが、これまた美味❗
頼むべき一品でしょう。
途中から芋焼酎は佐藤の白と黒を交互に楽しみます。
ここは焼酎も豊富に揃えていますね(*^^*)

シーザーサラダ。
鶏のたたき。
ササミを軽く炙ってます。
もみじおろしとネギがまみれてまして色合い良し。程好い量のポン酢が掛かっていてさっぱり美味しゅうございました
終盤になって鴨ユッケ。
酒が中心でもうほとんどお腹一杯な私はほぼ手が付けれず(@_@;)
一口だけ貰いましたが甘味のあるタレと卵をまぶしたユッケはなかなかの逸品です。
今回は酒の飲み過ぎで腹が膨れて食べれませんでしたが、雑炊なぞも美味しそうでした(￣￢￣)
鍋料理なんかもあるようですし、また来てみたいですね。
