The Japanese cuisine, made with freshly caught seafood and local seasonal vegetables, goes perfectly with carefully selected alcoholic beverages!
The chef purchases fresh local seafood and sashimi from Mitsuhama Market that morning, and of course the daily menu is simple. Vegetables are also procured locally, so they are fresh and reasonably pr |
I was on a business trip and became a lonely gourmet, so I came here because it was close to the hotel. I had high expectations because it had good reviews on Tabelog and good reviews on Retty, but it was a bit disappointing. It has nothing to do with the rating, but I have a simple question: why is this restaurant, which is "clearly non-smoking or has a smoking area outside the restaurant in the metropolitan area," still completely non-smoking in the countryside? I wonder if the smoking rate is higher in the countryside. I wish they would make it non-smoking everywhere soon. The food I ordered was delicious. The two pieces of sashimi were also delicious and fresh, so I have no complaints. Based on the taste alone, it's worth visiting again. The disappointing points were: -I love filefish, so I wanted to order something called hagi ponzu, but the price wasn't listed on the menu, and I checked the price just to be sure, and it was "2,500 yen." The two pieces of sashimi next to it were listed as 1,100 yen and 980 yen, so I wonder why they suddenly charged 2,500 yen without any price. I can't help but suspect that they're trying to rip me off here. -There was no horse mackerel, which was a bit of a misunderstanding. About 10 minutes after ordering, we were informed that the horse mackerel was already out. The coordination between the two cooks and the two waiters is a bit disappointing. The appetizer is 500 yen. Two pieces of fried taro (taste is okay) are 500 yen... That's how it feels. It might be good for locals to use it on a daily basis, but there are some disappointing points.
