ランチタイムにはひっきりなしにお客さんが入ってる此方「来来亭 松山大前店」さん、何度か訪問してからの初コメントです。
京都系の醤油ラーメンが食べられるチェーン店ですので
かなりありがたい存在です。
注文するのは定番のラーメンで味は薄めでお願いしています。細いストレート麺に背脂浮く醤油スープ、美味です。
松山界隈のラーメンスープは甘めな感じのお店が多いので
この京都系スタイルの味わいは嬉しく思いますし中毒性がありますね(笑)。
またサイドメニューも豊富で楽しめます。
この日は天津飯を頂きましたが、アジフライやコロッケなどもありちょっと「魁力屋スタイル」にも通じます(^^)
威勢の良い大将の真剣な作業がまた感じ良いです。
これからも勿論リピートします。ごちそう様でした(^^♪
