愛媛では、日帰りでなく宿泊することも。松山市内のビジネスホテルに宿泊するか、松山市のはずれにある、こちら（たかのこのホテル）に宿泊することが多いです。
そこでの朝食バイキングです。ここはビジネスホテルというより入浴施設の付属の宿泊施設ですが、ホテル自体はとてもきれいで、松山市内のビジネスホテルよりおススメ出来るレベルです。
場所は、久米駅と鷹ノ子駅の中間くらい。どちらの駅からも徒歩数分です。朝食はホテル1Fの小さめのレストラン「souple」でいただくことができます。
朝食はバイキング形式。個人的には、宿泊先の朝食は落ち着いた音楽だとうれしいのですが、ここはディナー向きの音楽が流れているような・・ それは少し残念に思います。
私は朝の6時台に食事をとるので、空いていますし、バイキング料理も豊富な種類を選びたい放題。種類も和洋中華、豊富に存在します。野菜などは愛媛産にこだわっておられるようで、じゃこ天などの、愛媛名物もあります。少し残念なのは、魚好きなのですが、魚が鮭1種類のみのことかな。
それぞれの料理は、朝食向けなのか、とても小さめに切られていて、逆に、それが豊富な種類を楽しめるのが良い感じです。味付けもやさしめですし、朝から非常に食べやすい。
また豆料理が、いろいろなものがあって、それぞれ味付けも変えてあって楽しめるのが良いかなと思います。
こちらの宿泊施設は、ホテルもきれいですし、併設の入浴施設も楽しめますし、本当に意外と満足できます。温泉を楽しみたい方は、道後がありますが、松山市でビジネス目的で滞在して仕事される方には、そこそこおススメできる宿泊先の一つです。
