旅行２日目の宿は松山中心部から少し離れた『たかのこのホテル』です。
このホテルは相方が見つけてくれました。
ホテルに隣接している温泉『たかのこの湯』もポイントが高いのですが、メインはオーダーバイキングです！
オーダーバイキングって何？はじめてなので非常に楽しみです。
宿泊込みなのですが、入り口にオーダーバイキング 男性3,300円、女性3,000円
食べ放題に飲み放題です。
18:30頃にホテル1Fのsouple(スプレ)に…
店内に入るとすぐバイキングの料理が並んでいます。
お洒落なバー風で大きなガラスがはめ込まれてました。とても開放感があります。
ソファーの席に案内され、オーダーバイキングについて簡単な説明がありました。
どうやらメニューにある料理をオーダーして出来立ての温かい料理を提供して頂けるとの事で二時間の食べ放題です。
まずはビールで乾杯です！飲み放題で入り口のバイキング料理も食べ放題です。

新鮮な食材だからこそ、カルパッチョやタタキが提供出来ると思います。
特に牛モモ肉のタタキや朝〆鶏たたきはどちらも本格的で一品料理として出せますね！
全体に味が少し濃い料理が多いと思いますが、お酒の相性としては最高だと思います。
〆にバニラアイスクリームを…。
あっさりシャーベット系も検討して頂けたらと思いました。
