Today I checked in at Candeo Hotels instead of Dormy Inn! I would like to stay at a different hotel once in a while (^^) However,...I don't go to the hotel spa, that's right! Go to Kisuke no Yu, which is ranked No. 1 in the Nifty 2023 sauna ranking, located in front of Matsuyama Station! It was the best! And today I decided to enter the restaurant without making a reservation. The first restaurant was full and dark clouds were gathering, but I decided to enter this restaurant! I like the atmosphere and the menu.The owner's appearance is also nice.He seems like a craftsman.What I had today: - Stewed sea bream -Tempura of conger eel - Jakoten - Otoshi - porridge with kelp - Draft beer - Japanese sake Kagiya - Japanese sake Kyoto Hina One Sword Ryodan, just under 6,000 yen! First of all, the variety of Japanese sake is amazing.There are many famous sakes from all over the country.Well, I chose local sake(^^)Also, the way the gurnard comes out with kelp as an appetizer is really stylish.Boiled sea bream with kabuto and conger conger Tempura.
