When you sit at the counter, you can see the master's knife handling and careful work. I couldn't take a picture of it, but whatever I ate, it was incredibly delicious. We also recommend tasting and comparing Ehime's local sake, where you can choose from three types. The final meal was salted Onigiri and miso soup. Also, this miso soup is incredibly delicious.
