翌日の久万高原ラリー観戦に向けて高松から帰省しました。朝から異常なほど交通量が多くて事故が相次ぐ高速道路をすり抜け、自宅の庭の雑草と格闘し終わると身体はクタクタです。明日に向けてテンションを上げるためにも晩ご飯の選択は重要です。
先日、帰省する際の晩ご飯にパエリアを企画してカミさんにダメだしされていたお店を再企画しましたが、今回もカミさんはパエリアへの食いつきがよくありません。カミさんはパエリアよりもリゾットに注目していることをリサーチし、リゾットに目標変更してお店に向かいます。
まずは「魚介たっぷりトマト焼きリゾット」（890円）を選択し、パスタ系メニューを検討するとやはり「魚介たっぷりペスカトーレ」（1,120円）が気になります。同系列の具材が重なるのもどうかと思いましたが、いつ再訪できるか分からないので気になるメニューは外せません。
歳をとると洋食系の味付けの中でも魚介の風味が恋しくなるようになりました。「こうなったら今日は魚介祭りだ」と割り切って注文です。
魚介たっぷりトマト焼きリゾットは、チーズ系のコクに魚介とオリーブオイルの風味が混然一体となっています。ムール貝とアサリに手長エビが具材としてリゾットに添えられていますので、身をぞぎとってリゾット共にいただきます。手長エビは見栄えはいいのですが、身が細くて殻から取り外すのに苦労しました。
魚介たっぷりペスカトーレもムール貝とアサリにエビが具材となります。トマトソースに魚介の風味があいます。チーズ系のコクがあるリゾットに比べるとあっさりした味付けでしょうか。
こちらのエビは殻に切れ目が入っていないので殻を剥くのに苦労しました。リゾットもペスカトーレもエビの殻剥きで指がベトベトになりますので、お手ふきの替えが欲しいところです。
サラダ部門には「魚介のサラダ」もあり、本日の「魚介祭り」としては外せませんが、「かけ放題」のメニューを食いしん坊は見逃しません。「○○放題」の言葉は食いしん坊にとって限界までの挑戦をそそのかす魅惑の言葉です。結局、サラダは「チーズかけ放題シーザーサラダ」（780円）を選択です。
皿に盛られた状態でたっぷりチーズを削り落とし、小皿に移して再度チーズを削り落としていただきます。チーズの風味を楽しむためにはサラダが見えなくなるくらい削り落とす必要があるようです。
思わぬ「魚介祭り」でパスタとリゾットをいただきました。次回、訪問する機会があれば満を持してパエリアをいただきたいですね。
