I decided to go drinking with a senior who I used to work with in my previous department, and we went to this restaurant. It's located just before the intersection with Okaido, heading east on Sanbancho Street in Matsuyama City. There were no customers there, probably because we went in early. The restaurant is spacious. We started off with a toast of beer (･з･)ﾉＵ☆Ｕヽ(･ω･) My senior doesn't eat much, so we only had a few dishes. He said he hadn't had pizza in a long time, so we ordered a Margherita. The crust was thin, easy to eat, and delicious (^^)d It was pretty good. Imobuta cutlet. The paprika and tomatoes on top of the meat were colorful. The olive oil added to the meat's flavor, which was great. Finally, carbonara. It was quite a dish. It wasn't very filling, but the cream was firmly stuck to the noodles, and I really liked the taste ＼(^o^)／ It's easy to get to, and considering the location, it seems like it could be busier, but I think it's a surprisingly hidden gem.
