PR for restaurants |
<Izakaya Dining Mutekido> If you want to enjoy Ehime's fresh meat and fish to your heart's content, this is the place to go!
Mutekido is proud of its dishes made with local meat and fish. The most recommended dishes are the domestic beef loin and ribs, which are grilled on a hot stone. They are grilled at a high temperature |
A new Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) has opened next to Nibancho Doraku Yokocho, so I went to check it out. The layout is six seats at the counter, two tables behind them, and a tatami room in the back where you take off your shoes? The interior of the restaurant is stylish and clean, like a creative Japanese Japanese-style meal. The recommended menu is the stone-grilled menu, where you grill your own meat (beef, chicken, pork) on a hot stone. I selected the pork belly. Even if you're short on time, it will come out quickly, and you can't go wrong with the pork. The horse sashimi is a lean part of the meat, so it has a strong meaty flavor and a strong bite. It's reasonable, but for me, who is used to fatty foods, it was too wild and hard... (~_~;) The cheese risotto was more salty than cheesey, so it made me thirsty. It wasn't very smooth, and it felt like leftover stew and rice mixed together and topped with Parmesan cheese. I don't expect the authentic Italian Cuisine food I get at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but I wish they would think about the balance a little more. The impression of the restaurant staff and the part-time staff's service was that they were trying their best, so I hope they will continue to do their best in the future.
