I came across Hamburg that made me think. This is BISTRO KOJI, located diagonally behind the old Junkudo towards Matsuyama City Station. I arrived just before 12:00, and customers were coming in one after another. It's a business district, so it's best to go before 12:00. Although there were enticing menu items such as tomato cream pasta with migratory crab, I ordered the 100% beef Hamburg demi-glace for 1,100 yen. The salad is just torn lettuce, but the bowl is well chilled. I feel like restaurants that take this kind of care tend to have delicious food, so I have high expectations. And for the main course, there's a straw-shaped hamburger Hamburg on top of the king's oyster mushrooms and eggplant. When I cut up Hamburg and put it in my mouth, I realized, ``Wait, is it really 100% beef?'' ! It has a fluffy and soft texture. It goes well with the sweet demi-glace sauce and is really delicious...I think I'll be making this again soon. It was such a delicious Hamburg.
