I went in thinking it was a yakitori restaurant, but the interior was more like a cafe or bar. There were counter seats and sofa seats. The tables were low tables, not dining tables. I thought it was interesting, but when I looked at the menu, it was also quite wide-ranging. From the more subdued Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu of squid legs and ray fins to Tempura. Even dishes that are likely to be popular with women, such as Ajillo and cream Croquette. They also have Ramen and rice bowls. The fried chicken was soothing with a home-cooked taste. For my favorite gizzard shad, I chose Ajillo. I had been drinking wine, so I realized I was only eating bread. I hadn't tried the essential Grilled skewer, so next time I'll have to try the yakitori.
