出張の2日目に、2件目として伺いました。
お腹も肝臓も満たされているので、愛媛らしい日本酒を飲みながら、愛媛らしいお造りを食べようと入りました。
お造りはまだ少し早いかなと思いながらも、やはり漁獲量日本一に輝いた事のある愛媛の太刀魚にしました。
出てきたお造りは嬉しいことに3つの部位を少しずつ盛り合わせており、腹の部分は甘い脂が乗っていて美味しかったです。
メニュー自体は居酒屋以外の御飯物も多いのですが、少し食べる分には居酒屋としても使えそうなお店です。
