今日は親友のとある記念日（人生で3回目があるかどうかの節目）の御祝で、
11,000円？のコースを予約してました。
『東道後のそらともり』で温泉と岩盤浴の後こちらに。
一品一品がとても綺麗。
『美しいものは美味しい』と語った三ツ星シェフの言葉がよぎります。
全品、丁寧な仕事ぶりで、お肉の様々な部位（サーロイン.ロース.タン.頬か...etc.）を駆使して、様々なバージョン.料理法で表現してくれます。
それぞれ見どころがあり、美味しいです。
最期は５つも選択肢があるスイーツで締め。
今日は♂同士でしたが、デートや、ご夫婦のなんかの記念日？とかに最高じゃないかなo(^▽^)o
