今回の愛媛旅行では、愛媛県の郷土料理の鯛めしを食べることが目的であったが、愛媛には出汁で頂く
「宇和島鯛めし」と焼き込み系の「松山鯛めし」の2種類があり、2種類を制覇することを目指して向かったお店。
なんと日本一美味しい鯛めしが食べれるお店です。
「日本一美味しい鯛めし」(￥980)
待望の松山鯛めしです。鯛の炊き込みご飯です。
注文から30分ほどかかりますが、これは本当に美味しい鯛めしでした。
1人前で、￥980という値段は嬉しいですね。
ご飯のお焦げもあり、お米に出汁が染みこんで最高の味付けです。
もちもちのご飯の食感もたまりません！これはメチャクチャ美味しいです。
ちなみに、ご飯には餅米が混じっているので、もちもち感は秀逸ですね。
まさにメニューの通り、「日本一美味しい鯛めし」に偽りはないですね。
この鯛めしだけを食べに松山まで来るのも絶対にありという位美味しいです！
人数が揃うと、鯛を丸々一匹入れて炊き込んでくれるみたいですね。

愛媛の地鶏も美味しく頂きます。お肉は身が締まっていますが、ジューシーですね。

この料理も美味しいですね。全部の料理が美味しいので、この店大当たりです！
鯛めしもかなり美味しかったですが、もう一つの愛媛名物の鯛ソーメンも味わえるので、愛媛の名物グルメが
全部頂けるも、嬉しいですね。絶対にまた是非来たいですね。
