大晦日の松山市街、事前に目星をつけていたお店はことごとく閉店。
完全に難民になり、心が折れかけていた所で『焼鳥ダイニング 鈴木 』に灯りを発見。吸い込まれていきました。
お店は伊予鉄道 松山市駅から北に200mほど北上した所にあり、松山市街に数軒のお店を構える焼鳥屋さんの1店舗になります。
◆『皮ポン』
カリッフワな鶏皮と、ポン酢を吸い込んだたっぷりの荒みじん大根を一緒に食べるのが幸せ。
◆『串焼の盛り合せ10本』
『炙りきも』はごま油塩ネギ味。柔らかトロットロで美味。
『ぼんじり』『とりしそ巻き』『ズリ』『ハツ』は塩焼きでたっぷりのレモン汁を絞って。
ハツのトロンと柔らかな舌触りが印象的。
『ねぎま』『皮』『ハツモト』は強めの焼き加減でカリッと仕上げてあり、甘めのタレ。
『うずら』にマヨを合わせるのは、言われてみれば当たり前だけど、『ああなるほど！』と（笑）
10本目は『ししとう』でした。
このお店は昼はお蕎麦、夜は焼鳥をやっているらしく、大晦日のこの日はなんと年越し蕎麦がメニューに！
なんでも、年越しそばを提供する為に大晦日にお店を開けていたそうです。
お陰でお出汁の美味しいあったか〜い『肉そば』にありつくことができました。
