We made a reservation and went there at night for two. The restaurant was crowded. First, I toasted with a non-alcoholic Cassis Oolong and my partner with a non-alcoholic Cassis Orange. I had a lemonade for the second glass. I had requested it when making the reservation. From Sendai! We had a course for 5,500 yen that allows you to enjoy both the extremely fresh crab "Ganjang Gejang" and "Korean Yakiniku (Grilled meat)". For the Korean Yakiniku (Grilled meat), we chose pork ribs on the bone or samgyeopsal, and we chose samgyeopsal. First came the Choreogi salad. It was filled with vegetables, squid tentacles, boiled egg slices, and chopped Korean seaweed on top with white sesame seeds. It was a spicy seasoning that was crunchy. My partner also said that it was spicy but not too spicy and delicious. Next came the Ganjang Gejang and rice. The Ganjang Gejang is from Matsushima, Sendai, and is aged in a soy sauce-based sauce that also contains garlic, so it has no fishy smell at all, and the meat is plump and very sweet. I sucked the crab legs and cut them with scissors and devoured them. The crab rice was relatively light and I enjoyed the mellow flavor of the crab. My partner also said it was sweet and delicious. I also really liked the crab rice. Samgyeopsal came. The waiter grilled the pork chunks in front of me. At the end, he cuts them into small pieces with scissors. Cheshire, shiso leaves, bean sprout namul, and Chinese cabbage kimchi were also served. Pork, Chinese cabbage kimchi, and bean sprout namul were wrapped in Cheshire and shiso leaves and dipped in gochujang. Cheshire gives it a light taste. The shiso leaves also had a unique flavor. In addition to gochujang, there were light sauces and yellow powder, so I enjoyed a variety of them. My partner also liked the light taste of Cheshire. The squid tentacle pancake was fluffy and plump with a crispy texture. The squid tentacles were also flavorful. My partner also said it was fluffy and delicious. The Korean Cold Noodles were chewy and refreshing. For dessert, we had yuzu sorbet. It was refreshing. The bill for two people was 12,340 yen. Next time, I'd like to try the cheese dak galbi.
