三番町から二番町に新規移転です。 |
松山市最大の繁華街二番町で一杯やってから〆でこの店へ。
中国料理の人気店。
町中華らしい雰囲気が気軽でいい。
カウンター席に座る。
既に飲んで来ているが、地元の方オススメの白切鶏で瓶ビール。
白切鶏は蒸し鶏。
タレに和辛子で頂く。
これが食感も良くて旨い。
蒸し鶏は町中華で良く注文するが、この店のは中々美味しい。
ビールが進むやつだ。
そして名物のタールメンを注文する。
タールメンは、醤油ベースの餡がたっぷり乗っている。
この餡が細麺に良く合う。
細麺は食感も良く〆にはピッタリだ。
白胡椒がたっぷり乗っているのも嬉しい。
餡は具だくさん。
麺も餡も美味しくて完食。
白切鶏もタールメンも美味しくて大満足！
また松山で一杯やるなら是非来て見たい。
