I went to Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) Nabeta Shuu in Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture. The course and all-you-can-drink cost around 5,000 yen. I wasn't expecting a cheap course, but Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) nabe comes with horse sashimi and appetizers, and one refill is free. And it was delicious! For the soup, I ordered the most popular miso soup.It was rich and I got a little tired of it at the end, but I finished it off with some champon noodles and was full! It's great value for money
