While searching for good lunch places in town, my eye was caught by an official photo of a certain restaurant, so I decided to go and check it out lol. The restaurant I visited was "KIYO Minatomachi branch". Even though I'm local, I got a little lost because when I relied on the map to get to the restaurant (posted on Tabelog), it was right in the middle of the road lol. But I managed to find the restaurant ^^ When I asked if I could take photos of the food, he happily agreed - the owner was a handsome man ^^ I ordered the KIYO lunch for 1,180 yen. Is this really okay for this amount of food? There was a lot of food, including braised pork, fried chicken and roast beef. The braised pork was very tender. I had the bamboo steamer lunch for 1,080 yen. The bamboo steamer was filled with pork, Chinese cabbage, bean sprouts and spring onions. You dip them in the sauce and eat it. The sauce was delicious. The miso soup had a yuzu scent. I could understand it being a clear soup, but I think it would be good to put it in miso soup. It was a restaurant that you could casually go to by yourself. If my house was closer I would go there often. Thank you for the meal! I'd like to try other dishes too, so I'll definitely be coming back.
