松山駅前には意外に食べ物やさんが少ないですね。列車の乗り継ぎの間にランチをいただこうと入った「美食坊ハルピン」さん。昼時だったので賑わってます。
お店の中に入りカウンター席に案内されました。メニューの中から、定食の2番人気の「青椒肉絲定食」を注文。ちなみに1番人気は、「麻婆豆腐定食」です。
鮮やかな緑色のピーマンと細かく綺麗に刻まれた豚肉のアンサンブルが美しいですね。ただ全体的にボリュームが少ない感じ。
サイドメニューもキャベツの千切りサラダにレンコンのフライ一切れ。コレに、中華スープとごはん。
メニューを見ると点心から一品ものまで豊富なラインナップなので、定食ものだけが貧相に感じただけかもしれません。
