夜に行きました。
十菜豆御膳1,375円をいただきました。ご飯を玄米、発酵熟成玄米、その二つのハーフ＆ハーフから選べ発酵熟成玄米にしました。この日はメバルの煮付け、鶏胸肉の炙り味噌ソースでした。
メバルの煮付け、優しい味付けの中旨みがいいですね。
鶏胸肉の炙り味噌ソース、しっとりと滑らかな旨みを楽しみました。また横には卵焼きやほうれん草も添えられています。卵焼きはしっとりとまろやかです。
具だくさん味噌汁、野菜がかなりたっぷりでこれがメインをはれそう。サツマイモや人参などもぶつ切りで入っていて味わい深い。
他の佃煮や漬物、お浸しなども味わい深かったです。
十菜豆と書いててんさいとうと読むみたいですね。日替わりなのでまた食べたいですね。
