松山出張のランチにお邪魔しました。
メニューの雰囲気に誘われて入店しましたが、つけ麺と蕎麦の合いの子と言う感じの黒船蕎麦です。
店員さんに進められて、おでんも頂きましたが良くしゅんでいて美味しかったです。
感心の黒蕎麦は冷たい麺を注文しましたが、豚バラ肉とすき焼き風のタレとの相性良かったです
店員さんのお勧め通り、後半は生卵を混ぜてすき焼き風で頂きました。
ちと蕎麦の風味が無くなり過ぎるのが微妙ですが、上品なつけ麺と思うと美味しいですね
