鯛めし発祥の地、愛媛県 宇和島。 |
愛媛観光で松山城に来ました。せっかくなら鯛めしが食べたいということで探すと、松山城ロープウェイ乗り場から歩いて30秒くらいのところにお店発見しました。
平日の11時ちょいすぎですぐ入れました。メニューけっこう豊富ですが鯛めし注文。天然と養殖の食べ比べに、注文してから30秒くらいで提供されました。早い！
初めてなのでお召し上がり方を見ながら食べます。出汁にたまごとかすの初めて知りました。出汁は少し甘い感じで薬味が効いて美味しいです。
天然と養殖の違いは養殖の方が歯応えがコリコリした感じかな。養殖の方が好きかも。味噌汁にも鯛が入っていました。鯛で出汁とってるのかな、美味しかったです。贅沢なランチでした。
