元祖 宇和島鯛めし 丸水 本店
鯛めし発祥の地、愛媛県 宇和島。 |
GoogleMap上の元祖鯛めしの文字に惹かれてお店をセレクト。お店の外観はちょっとかっこいいかな？14:20頃の入店だったのでなんとかランチのラストオーダにまにあいました。先客は1グループのみ。カウンターに着席してメニューをながめ、宇和島鯛めしの養殖の1650円をオーダー。配膳時に食べ方の説明あり。見た感じは美味しそう、で、鯛の切り身を出汁いりたまごに投入してかき混ぜてご飯の上に乗っけていただきました。鯛自体の味は淡白ですが出汁と合わさると美味しい、コリコリ食感も良いです。量もちょうどよく美味しくいただきました。
