本日のグルケンコースを頂きました。
前菜からして期待が高まる。キウイ生ハム、鯛のマリネ、柿の白和え。白和えと言うには美味しい、味噌か酒粕かの隠し味が香って美味しい。
白菜のスープは、もう少し深みがあってもいいかな。優しすぎる味わい。
春菊の天ぷらは、サクサクー！！！
大きなブリには、紅麹がのってます。
低温調理のサーモンは、柔らかいというよりトロける。とても美味しい。
スペアリブとローストビーフは、意外と普通に美味しいやつで、ラインナップ的にもっとパンチがあってもいあかなと。辛子とか。
とんぷりをご飯で食べるのは面白い。ごはんの量が多くて、コースの最後に突然に食堂感。
チーズが、すごく好みのやつー！！美味しかったですー。
