This store caught my attention when I passed by while I was on business at the old Washington Hotel. It's only open on Sundays, but it's open from 12:00, so you can have lunch. To do some research, I'm going to order today's sake platter of Mitsuo Yamakawa from Yamagata Prefecture, doteni, and octopus vinegar namero potato masala. Since I'm from Aichi Prefecture, I've always loved tetsuni...it's flavorful and flavorful with miso. Each and every item on the platter is delicious. So, I got excited and added skewers of top tongue, tataki, skirt steak, and teppo in sequence. The tataki was a delicious skewer with a cartilage-like meatball-like taste, the aroma of being grilled over Bincho charcoal, and a good amount of spice. This is a recommended restaurant if you want a light drink or a Sunday afternoon drink.
