一度食べたら忘れられない風味と味。素材にこだわり味にこだわる。 |
最近行ってませんが、昔、グルメブロガーで有名だった知人に教えてもらった店です。大通りからけっこう中に入った場所にあります。
砥部にはもう一店、人気のうどん屋がありますが、私はこちらが好みです。
愛媛のうどんは、讃岐に比べて「つるみ」が特徴と思います。こちらは、つるみある、うどんとしてはやや中細麺のコシと弾力ある麺。
近くにあれば、もっと通ってますね。
