愛媛県松前町にある蕎麦屋さん。
パンメゾン松前店から歩いて行きました。
休日に初訪問。
9時50分到着。
大きな日本家屋のお店。
誰もいません。
近くの伊豫神社をお参りしました。
10時15分、名前と人数を書く紙が出されました。
記名して待ちます。
10時30分、後客1組3人。
10時40分、後客3組9人。
10時50分、後客5組14人。
11時ちょうどにオープン
◎日本酒 翁のお酒 グラス 500円
本日は出羽桜。
甘みと旨み。
あては、わさびのきいたおひたし。
マスはミシュランの印字。
◎天ざる蕎麦 1760円
蕎麦は二八。
平たい。
よく香ります。
薬味を順次投入。
蕎麦湯はやや粘稠。
てんぶらは大海老2匹、パプリカ、さつまいも。
サクサク衣。
ぶりぶり海老。
大変おいしかったです。
松山から頑張って行って良かったです。
