"Fromage" is not only delicious but also Instagrammable!
I had a craving for some delicious Okonomiyaki, so I went to Okonomiyaki "Rakkasei" with my wife, even though it's a little far away. When we went there for the first time last year, I thought Okonomiyaki called "Fromage" was Sweets, so I didn't order it, and I've always regretted it, so this time I was finally able to get revenge. This is the "Fromage" and here's a cross-section. It is indeed Okonomiyaki. It's very innovative, and delicious with plenty of cheese, but personally I would have liked it to have a bit more sauce and mayonnaise. There is no sauce or mayonnaise on the table, so you can't change the flavor. This is also the "Super Thick Hormone Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles)" which I regret not being able to try last time. The udon-like noodles are delicious with plenty of vegetables. For dessert after the meal, French cuisine is on the menu. See! Fromage looks like Sweets, right? The seats are separated from each other, so you can eat in a relaxed atmosphere and it's perfect for COVID-19 prevention. I'd like to try Teppan-yaki at night as well. 伊予市に美味しいお好み焼き屋さん発見！
今、知り合いが経営してるということで、奥さんと伊予市のお好み焼き「らっかせい」に行ってきました
56号の高坂を東に曲がってまっすぐ行くとあります
駐車場もありますよ
私は広島風お好み焼きにしました
端の方は麺がカリカリで、中はふっくらしてめっちゃ美味しかった
奥さんは関西の豚チーズ玉です
関西風は本当にふわっふわで食べやすく、とても美味しかったけど、サクサク感がなくて残念でした
メニューも色々あります
鉄板焼きも多いです
あと極太麺焼きそば気になるな〜
それよりも「フロマージュ」と言うメニューはパッと見、みんなスイーツだと思うと思います
しかもフレンチトーストの上だから
後でメニューをよく見ると「フロマージュ」がチーズお好み焼きと知ってめちゃめちゃ食べたくなりました
フロマージュを最初の見開きに持ってきてもいいくらいです
何かかわいらしいお店でした
接客もとても感じがいい
次こそは「フロマージュ」食べてみたいです
美味しいお好み焼きごちそうさまでした

I remembered Okonomiyaki Rakkasei for the first time in a while, so I went there with a colleague. It seemed like the people there had changed since the last time I was there. First of all, I tried to order the "Fromage Okonomiyaki" which stands out here, but it wasn't on the menu. My colleague ordered the "Yamakake Tama" and after all, yamakake goes really well with Okonomiyaki. I had my favorite "Kansai-style Modern Yaki" which was surprisingly fluffy and crispy. It was fluffy and thick, so it was easy to cut. It's like a semi-private room, so you can eat at your own pace. The Teppan-yaki menu in the evening also looked delicious. Thank you for the delicious Okonomiyaki.
