（再訪）雰囲気も良い感じですが麺の扱いに疑問が
２０１０．４月 夜に行きました。
今回は什錦炒麺（五目あんかけヤキソバ）７５０円と杏露酒（ソーダ割り）４００円をいただきました。
什錦炒麺 五目あんかけヤキソバとカタヤキソバと選べます。五目あんかけヤキソバにしました。たっぷりの野菜達に中華餡は味付けも濃い感じで美味しい。ただ麺はモチモチ感もあるものの全体的にバラつきがあるような感じ。坦々麺の時にも感じたが麺の扱いをもうちょっと良くすればなと感じました；
杏露酒（ソーダ割り） さっぱりといただくことができました＾＾
中国の方がやられています。店内はかなりのお客で賑わっていました。
２００９．５月 担々麺をいただきました。ちょっと麺がゆですぎ感が；のびているような食感です；きてすぐいただいたのですがスープは肉味噌も入っておりちょっと辛みが後からきます。スープはまあまあです。什錦炒麺（五目あんかけ焼きそば）７５０円は麺は硬いか軟らかいか選べます。野菜がたっぷりです。中華アンは味付けが濃い目で食欲が増します。また皿の横にからしがちょっとついておりそれを混ぜながら食べると絶妙な味わいを楽しめます。五目あんかけ焼きそばおすすめです。

久々昼に行きました。
ニラ玉定食660円を注文。
ニラ玉、サラダ、ザーサイ、スープ、ご飯という内容です。
ニラ玉、横にはピリ辛のタレが添えられています。これをつけながらいただきます。玉子はふんわりとまあるいまろやかな味わい。ニラの味わいがアクセントになりますね。
スープは玉子スープで細かく刻まれたニンジンも入っていました。
