中華が好きで色いろ行きますが、外国（特に米国）でも中華の化学調味料依存が問題になってます。
（全く使うなとは言いませんが、依存し過ぎは......)
ハッキリ言って「創味シャンタンDX」そのものの味です。
その点、
ここの味付けは他店に比べ薄味、濃い味でごまかせないから素材も新しい、しかも美味しい（昨年だっか従業員さんがコロナで1週間～10日ほど休業直後だけはなぜか他店と同じく味が濃くなりました、が）
そして何より味が薄いからか、調味料に「酢」までおいてます。（30数年前中国に行った時はどの店舗も酢は置いてました、しかし今、今治の中華で置いてるとことは非常に非常に少ない）
個人的なお勧めは野菜も多くバランスの取れた八宝菜定食、それに酢を掛けてドレッシング抜き（注文時頼みます）のサラダと絡めて食べます。
