今治港から大崎上島へフェリーで渡るために今治駅で下車。お昼に利用しました。
開店は11:30。10分ほど前にお店に到着すると地元の家族連れが一組お待ちでした。11:30少し前にお店を開けてくださいました。
カウンターに着席しました。
座敷が3席とカウンターに7～8席ほど、奥には襖で仕切られた座敷のような部屋もあるようで店内は意外と広そうでした。
餃子の皮は厚めです。
アンは野菜中心のなめらかなペースト状。
焼きは香ばしく、水餃子はモチモチ食感、皮の美味しさを味わう餃子だと感じました。
ビールとの相性は良さそうですよ。
この厚めの皮であればご飯ものを頼まなくてもお腹は満足しそうで、地元のお客さんたちは餃子しか頼んでいなかったです。
中華そばはしょう油味で具はモヤシとチャーシュー一片のほんとにシンプルなラーメンでこれはこれで美味しいなと思いました。
ゴールデンウィークまっただ中でしたが観光客も今治市内には流れて来ないようで、お暇だとお店の方は地元のお客さんと談笑されてました。
餃子はなかなか個性的でしたがお店の雰囲気はゆったりした、地元民に愛されている餃子店のようでした。
