『大鵬軒 本店』を目指していたのだが日曜日という事自体を忘れていて定休日！
急遽、こちらへ訪問となりました…
餃子で勝負！という感じを受ける、ホンマにシンプルなメニュー！
数日前に別の店で水餃子を食べたので『焼ぎょうざ』と『中華そば』をオーダー
中華そばの具はバラの叉焼、モヤシ、ネギです。
ビジュアルからしても至ってシンプルな昔ながらの中華そば。
微かに八角のアクセントを感じるスープはアッサリしていて呑みの〆にも良いかも
叉焼は甘い目に振られた味付けで、やや硬い目だが酒の肴に一品で出しても良いんじゃないだろうか？
というか、出して欲しい（笑）
麺肌白い細ストレート麺はモッチリとした食感で喉越し良く、専門店ではない事を勘案すると申し分は無い。
餃子の店にしては、これは良しだなと思える一杯でした⤴
肝心の焼餃子ですが、関西では薄皮パリっというタイプが多く、あまり馴染みのない分厚い皮なので、半分に切断してタレを染み込ませる食べ方の小生としては少し食べにくかったのですが、分厚い皮が醸し出すモッチリとした食感は意外にイケる⤴
焼目からしてモッチリしていそうな焼き色（笑）
水餃子も行きたかったのですが、小食な私では無理なので次回に持ち越しです。
