愛媛２日目のランチは今治で人気の餃子を食べに来ました。今治市内にある「白雅」です。
メニューはシンプルで、基本的には餃子、ラーメン、酢くらげがすべて440円となっています。
まずは見事な焼き目の焼ぎょうざ！2人前で880円です。
皮はしっかりとしたタイプで、餡はやわらかい印象です。刻まれた具材は野菜が多めのようで、クセがなくバクバクいただけました。
続いて、水ぎょうざ（440円）です。
餡は共通でしょうか？皮はほどよくもっちりとしていて、ツルンとまではいきませんが、こちらも食べやすいです。
焼き餃子もいいですが、油を感じない水餃子が好みでした。
こちらは自家製っぽいラー油です。唐辛子がドロドロです。
