しまなみ海道日帰り旅④ ～白雅（今治市共栄町）～しまなみ海道をドライブした後は、今治市に戻ってきて、少し早めの夕食を食べて帰ろう。 軽い食事ということで、餃子で有名なお店、「白雅」に行ってみることにしました。
市役所近くの駐車場に車をとめて歩きます。 市役所の前から港の方へむかう道を歩いて、 この信号の先ですね。 ありました。 5時前でしたが、お店は開いていました。 早速店内へ。 店内はよこに長いカウンター席と、小上がり席が3席ありました。 食事メニューは「焼餃子」「水餃子」「酢クラゲ」「中華そば」の4品のみ。 餃子専門店という感じですね。 ということで、焼餃子3つ、水餃子1つ、酢クラゲ1つを注文。 最初に酢クラゲが来ました。 餃子が焼き上がる前の最初の一品。 こりこりして酢とのバランスもよく美味しかった。 続いて、焼餃子。 これが1人前。8個入り。 一つのサイズが大きめですね。 では、いただきます。 おおっ、これは美味しい！ 表面の焼きあがっている部分はパリパリですが全体としてはもっちりしている皮。 野菜多めのあっさり餃子系です。 軽いのでいくらでも食べれるような味。 今まで食べたことのないような餃子でした。 これは流行るのは分かります。 水餃子。 これもいいですね。 もっちりしている皮。水餃子になるとさらにもっちり感が増します。 これもいくらでも食べれる感じです。 食事中、持ち帰りの注文の電話が、ずっとなっていました。 それもでも、てきぱきと焼きあがるので注文してから出来上がりまで10分ぐらいみたいです。 今治の方は電話注文して取りに行って自宅でこの味を楽しめるので羨ましい。
